(Board of Supervisors choose a new Social Services Director).....The decision came at the Board of Supervisors meeting this week.

The Board voted 4-1 to name Paula Llanas the new Director of the Social Services Department. Llanas was the assistant Director when Veronica Rodriguez resigned the position in May. District 4 Supervisor Ryan Kelley voted against the appointment, but has not said why. He did say he wished Llanas success in her new position.
