A big rig jack knifed Tuesday afternoon and blocked a freeway on ramp.

Shortly after 4:30 p.m. Tuesday the semi-tractor trailer was on the northbound Highway 111 connector to westbound Interstate 8 when it jack knifed, blocking the roadway. The California Highway Patrol shut down the ramp for approximately two hours until the roadway was cleared. There were no injuries.
