It will be a special Closed Session meeting, beginning at 8:30 in the morning. According to the agenda, it will be a conference between the Imperial Irrigation District Board of Directors and the Real Property Negotiator. They will discuss the terms and conditions of sale for property that would be sold to Hell's Kitchen Geothermal. If any action is taken, it will be announced following the Closed Session.
