The meeting will be a Zoom meeting. Contact the City Hall for the Zoom information. The meeting will start at 6:00 pm. On their agenda, the City Council will discuss  requesting COPS funding for this fiscal year. They will also discuss a resolution. They will also discuss adopting a resolution to place a Utility Tax question on the November Ballot. The question relates to adopting a Utility Tax by the City of Calipatria. If approved, the issue would be placed on the November 8th ballot. The Council will also be asked to accept the resignation of the Cities Financial Officer. Rosie Ramirez says her resignation would be effective Auguts 5.
