(A new utility payment system in Imperial)... The city has announced the transition.

They say the current iweb Utility Poirtal is transitioning to a new payment platform. The City says the new platform, Invoice Cloud, offers additional services with advanced technology that allows for a higher quality of services to the public that the existing platform does not. They say the new Invoice Cloud payment platform is much easier to navigate with multiple communication methods to their customers. The transition is expected to be complete by 5:00 pm August 31. The city is encouraging current utility customers, especially those on autopay, to visit the City of Imperial website, or check their email for instructions to transition their existing account onto the new payment platform.
