(Amanda Brooke has retired)....She worked as Deputy Superintendent with the Imperial County Office of Education.

Her last day will be June 30th. In order to provide a smooth transition, the ICOE hired Carlos Gonzalez as Associate Superintendent. Gonzalez just recently resigned as Superintendent of the Calexico Unified School District. He brings 27 years experience in education to the ICOE leadership team. Gonzalez's father retired after 33 years with the ICOE. The ICOE says with the recent moves, they plan to reorganize to ensure services and support programs are best delivered across ICOE and yhroughout the community. Renato Montano will continue to serve as Deputy Superintendent.
