An early Tuesday morning accident resulted in minor injuries.

The accident was reported at about 2:40 a.m. on Highway 86 just north of Harris Road. A vehicle went out of control, struck a utility pole and ended up on it's roof. The driver sustained minor injuries. The AT&T utility pole was knocked down and crews were repairing the damage. The accident remains under investigation.
