(Man Rescued from a canal)....

It happened late last week. Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents were called to the San Luis area. An adult male and a juvenile had reportedly jumped into a canal. When agents arrived, they found the juvenile had climbed out of the canal, but the adult was have trouble. A Border Patrol agent ran along the canal banks, following the man as he was carried down stream by the water currents. The agent was finally able to reach a shovel to the man, and the agent was able to pull him out of the canal. No medical attention was needed.
