(IID Board meeting)....It is the regular meeting.

It will be held Tuesday. The IID says the public is welcome to attend the meeting, but all  those attending the meeting must wear the appropriate face masks. The public portion of the meeting begins at 1:00 p.m. The Board will discuss the purchase and sales agreement with Hell's Kitchen Geothermal. They will also discuss approving the internal audit plan for the period covering January 2022 through December 2022. The rest of the items are Major Work Authorizations. Information items include Government Affairs/Legislative General matters, and reports from the energy and water departments.
