(BLM California Desert District)...The Bureau of Land Management is seeking applicants.

Anyone interested in serving on any of the subgroups that assist the Desert Advisory Council. The Desert Advisory Council is one of 28 BLM advisory councils formally chartered under the Federal Advisory Committee Act and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act. Each council consists of 10 ro 15 members from diverse intrerests in local communities and provides recommendations to the BLM. Applications and more information is available on the BLM webpage.
