New requirements at Land Ports of Entry means travelers entering the United States must be fully vaccinated.

Beginning Saturday, January 22, 2022, the Department of Homeland Security ( DHS ) will require non-U.S. individuals entering the United States via land ports of entry at the U.S. / Canada and U.S. / Mexico borders to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination. When entering the United States, whether for essential or non-essential reasons, travelers must verbally attest to their COVID-19 vaccination status; provide proof of a CDC-approved vaccination, present valid identification documents. COVID-19 testing is not required.
