(The CHP released collision info)....The incident occurred Sunday night.

A two vehicle collision was reported on Highway 98, east of Imperial Highway. The CHP received the call at around 8:30 Sunday night. When they arrived they found two vehicles, both with front in damage, indicating a head-on collision. The collision involved a black Honda and a Motorcycle. They say the Honda Civic was traveling east on Highway 98 and the Yamaha Motorcycle was traveling west on the same highway. For reasons still under investigation, the Honda crossed into the westbound lane, colliding with the motorcycle. The motorcycle rider suffered fatal injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
