The Arizona Department of Health Services said the team was heading to Yuma Regional Medical Center. The team will assist with the surge in COVID hospitalizations. DHS says 14 members of the team will be clinical staff, including nurses and doctors. There is no exact timetable for the team to arrive. This comes as hospitals across Arizona are experiencing surges of COVID hospitalizations. Health officials say the next six weeks are a very bad time to get sick or hurt in Arizona.
