(Convicted Felon enters the US illegally)...The man was found recently.

Border Patrol agents say they detained a suspicious person they found walking in the desert, east of Calexico. It was determined the man had entered the country illegally. The man was taken into custody and transported to El Centro for processing. During a records check, agents discovered the man was a 31 year old Mexican National with a prior criminal and immigration history. It turns out the man was previously convicted for second-degree rape. In addition, he was previously ordered deported by a an Immigration Judge.
