(Border Patrol Makes two arrests)....Two convicted sex offenders were caught trying to re-enter the US.

They were found in separate incidents. The first incident happened Tuesday afternoon. Border Patrol agents an undocumented migrant in the Jacumba Wilderness region near Ocotillo. A records check revealed the man had been convicted of communicating with a minor for immoral purposes and guilty verdicts for violating a court order of no contact restraining order and theft. The second incident was reported early Wednesday morning. Agents found 43 year old Santiago Echeverria Gutierrez in the desert east of Calexico. The Mexican National was found to have an extensive criminal and immigration history, including a conviction for sex with a minor. Both men had previously been deported from the US by an Immigration Judge
