(63 year old found dead).....It happened Monday night.

Preliminary reports indicate a person went to check on their property in El Centro. Upon arrival, they found a body lying in the yard. They did not approach the body, instead they called police. Officers arrived and determined the person was deceased. They called the County Coroners office. Deputy Coroner Ramirez said the individual was identified as 63 year old Robert Joyce Brown of El Centro. The Deputy Coroner said there was not much more information available. He said an autopsy was scheduled for Friday to try and determine how the man died and how long he had been dead.
