(Homicide suspects court schedule moves forward)...The suspects were in court this week.

Rosita Torres and Daniel Munguia attended a motion hearing. They are suspected in the 2019 murder of Raul Esparza in El Centro. A motion to solicit the attendance of out of state witnesses was approved. The Judge then set the pretrial for August 2nd. The two will be tried jointly since they are suspected in the same crime.
