(Border Patrol provides aid to 3)....The 3 were suffering heat related illness.

The Border Patrol agents rescued the 3 in two separate incidents. Both rescues were in the Jacumba Wilderness region near Ocotillo. In the first incident, agents found a man who had entered the US illegally. The 41 year old Mexican National told the agents there was a woman nearby who was traveling with him. It was determined the man was suffering from Dehydration/Heat related illness. BORSTAR agents and Air and Marine Operations were called in to assist. Border Patrol agents then found the woman. It was determined she was in good health. The man was transported to a local hospital. At around the same time, not far away, agents found a 31 year old Mexican National who had entered the US illegally. It was determined that person was also dehydrated. He was provided liquids intravenously by BORSTAR agents. He was transported to the El Centro Processing Center, as was the woman in the first incident
