(New ICOE Board member)...The Imperial County Office Of Education filled the vacancy last week.

Cesar Rodriguez will fill the vacant Area 1 seat on The ICOE Board of Trustees. The seat was left vacant after the recent conviction Annette Gonzalez Buttner on various felonies and her sentencing to jail. Buttner served on the ICOE Board and the Imperial Valley College Board of Trustees. The IVC Board has said they too will fille the vancy on their board by appointment instead of holding a special election.
