(Previously convicted felon)....He tries to re-enter the United States after having been deported.

Earlier this week Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents encountered a group of four who had entered the country illegally. All 4 were Honduran nationals. They were taken to the Yuma Border Patrol Station for processing. During a records check, agents discovered one of the men had been convicted in 2009 of felonious assault/malicious wounding/maiming in Virginia. He had been sentenced to 15 years in prison, before being deported. He was identified as Fredy Zuniga Caceres. Agents say he will be prosecuted for re-entry of a felon after previously being removed from the United States. He could face jail time.
