(Active Cases of COVID 19)...The numbers continue to trend down.

The COVID 19 numbers are released by the County Public Health Department. Wednesday morning morning indicate there are now 117 active cases of COVID 19 in Imperial County. Of those, 12 are hospitalized, five are in intensive care. There are currently 6 ICU beds available in the county. The state tier metrics for Imperial County. New COVID 19 cases per day per 100,000 populations at 7.4. The adjusted case rate for tier assignment at 7.2. The positivity rate, 7 day average is at 3.5%. Vaccinations continue to increase. There have now been 110,730 vaccines administered. 23.90% have been fully vaccinated. 33.87% have been partially vaccinated.
