The latest numbers released by the County Public Health Department indicate active cases of COVID 19 in Imperial County are now at 189. At the same time, the number of deaths attributed to COVID 19 have gone up to 716. There are currently 16 COVID 19 patients hospitalized in the County. There are 5 COVID 19 patients in Intensive Care. There is one ICU bed available in Imperial County. Public Health says there have now been 92,319 COVID vaccines administered in Imperial County. 54,926 of those have been 1st doses for the vaccination. 37,393 have been fully vaccinated.
