It will be held Friday beginning at 1:00 pm. It is an open session meeting. During th meeting Liebert Cassidy Whitmore will provide training on two mandatory courses; ethics and harassment prevention. They expect to adjourn the meeting at 5:00 pm. The special meeting will be held in Condit Auditorium on Broadway in El Centro.
