It is in third Supervisorial District. The Veterans Advisory Council serves to advise the Board of Supervisors regarding issues important to Veterans and their dependents in Imperial County. Council members may receive mileage compensation for official council business, as approved by the County Executive Office. The candidates must reside in the Supervisorial district they are applying to represent. The deadline to apply is February 26. Those interested should contact the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors to request an application.
