(Comite Civico Del Valle awards grants)....The grants were through the Health Equity and Action for Latinos program.

They are to provide COVID 19 relief and resources. The 12 community organizations split the $100,000 grant. The organizations are ; Imperial Valley Cancer Support Center, Calexico Needs Change, Calexico Neighborhood House, Calipatria Chamber of Commerce, Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights, Imperial Valley Social Justice Committee, Los Amigos de la Comunidad IV, Our Roots Multi-Cultural Center, Inc, SDSU IV Aztecs Around the World, Spread the Love Charity, Sure Helpline, and WomenHaven, A Centr for Family Solutions.
