A tanker truck went out of control and rolled over Friday afternoon.

The accident occurred at about 3:00 p.m. on Rutherford Road at State Route 111. No one was injured but the truck leaked diesel fuel from the saddle tanks and jet fuel from the tanker trailer. Imperial County Fire Department responded and a hazardous materials cleanup company was called in. Rutherford Road was closed to traffic while the clean efforts were underway. Highway 111 remained open.
