(Christmas In A Small Town)….It has been a Holiday seasonal event for years.

The Imperial Chamber of Commerce scheduled the event for December 12 this year. That is not going to happen. With the current surge in COVID 19 cases at predictions the numbers will be getting worse through the rest of the year, the County Public Health Department has stepped in and canceled the event. It is suspected that enforcement of the mask requirements and six feet social distancing would be very difficult to maintain may be a couple of the reasons the Health Department acted. It is hoped the traditional event returns next year.
