The numbers continue to trend the wrong way, and they are getting worse. The New Cases Per Day Per 100,000 Population is now up to 20.57. The Positivity Rat6e is at 13%. The Active Cases of COVID 19 are back down to 467. The death toll remains at 338. According to the update released by the County Public Health Department 78,746 have tested for the virus. 13,038 of those tested positive. 12,233 have recovered.
