(Border Patrol arrests another previously deported sex offender)....He was arrested earlier this week.

El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents assigned to the Calexico area made the arrest. They observed a man illegally enter the United States. Agents arrested the man and took him to the Border Patrol Station for processing. During a records check it was determine the man was a 32 year old native of Mexico. The records check also found the man had been convicted in 2012 in Iowa. The conviction was for sexual abuse in the 3rd degree. He had been sentenced to 10 years confinement.. He was paroled after serving 24 months and in 2015 he was ordered deported from the United States. The man was processed for criminal prosecution of re-entry of a removed alien.
