(El Centro issues temporary guidelines)...They are called COVID 19 Outdoor Business Guidelines.

They were issued by the City of El Centro Wednesday. The temporary guidelines are for the outdoor operation of certain Qualified Outdoor Businesses within private property and on certain sidewalks. The guidelines are temporary and may be amended or revoked by the City with consideration to safety and in accordance with the latest Public Health Standards. The Qualified Outdoor Busineeses under the guidelines are; Restaurants, Bars, wineries and beweries that serve alcoholic drinks only as part of a meal in compliance with the County of Imperial Health Officer Ordr or as amended. Fitness Facilities, including dance studios, gyms and fitness centers and yoga studios. Personnel care services including body waxing studios, estheticians, massage therapy studios, nail salons and skincare and cosmetology services.
