The update issued by the County Health Department indicates the death toll has increased to 70, from the Tuesday report of 68. There have been 27,013 patients tested for COVID 19. Of those 5,549 have tested positive. Of those, 4,564 have recovered. There are currently 915 active cases of COVID 19 in Imperial County.
