(Community support in COVID 19 battle)…Local Healthcare district receives masks and funding to support staff.

The local battle against COVID 19 became a community affair last week as various organizations and businesses contributed funding and supplies to Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District. The frontline staff received boxes of n95 masks from Elmore Farms, while the Women’s Auxiliary of Pioneers Memorial Hospital made a monetary donation of $15,000 to be used to be used toward masks and other needed supplies. A few members of the Auxiliary attended a brief check presentation at PMH Friday morning to honor the group’s donation.
