While the Imperial County Public Health Department can not release personal information about the individuals who have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus they can provide some numbers.

As of Monday night , 68 people in Imperial County have tested positive for the virus. Of the 65 , 45.5% and female while 54.5% are male. Of the 68 positive so far , 6 are between the age of 0 - 17 , 33 are between 18 - 49 , 18 are between 50 - 64 and 11 are over 65 years of age. To date , 10 people have been declared recovered from the virus and are no longer undergoing treatment. Specific information as to city of residence , place of employment or more personal information will not be released by the Health Department.
