(First Corona Virus Death in Baja California)…It reportedly happened Monday.
The San Diego Union Tribune Printed the news Tuesday. They said a 70 year old Mexicali man was the first to die as a result of the virus. The newspaper got their information from the Baja California Secretary of Health Alonso Perez Rico. The man suffered from hypertension and obesity. He had been hospitalized in Mexicali for four days with the Corona Virus. So far, Mexicali has reported 22 cases of Corona Virus. Tijuana reports 11 cases in that city. Testing in Baja California has been limited, with less than 300 tested in a state with a population of 3.3 million.
