Both dealt with COVID 19. The first item was to officially adopt the urgency ordinance establishing a temporary prohibition on COVID 19 pandemic related evictions in the unincorporated areas of the County. The second item was a resolution ratifying COVID 19 emergency Homeless Funding Agreement in an amount not to exceed $528,713 and authorize a partnership with Imperial Valley Continuum of Care Council, in support of the prioritization and expenditure of the COVID 19 Emergency funds and regional efforts to address the health and safety of people experiencing homelessness and reduce the spread of the COVIDE 19 outbreak.
