Some of the new laws include; Firearm purchase fees. They are increasing to $38.19. In 2020 a person will have to be 21 years of age to buy semi-automatic rifles. The minimum wage is going up $1. Companies with 26 or fewer employees must pay $12 per hour. Large employers must pay at least $13 per hour. In San Diego County, the minimum wage is increasing to $13 per hour for all employers.
