The Imperial Irrigation District says customers can soon expect an improved customer service and friendlier user experience when the district’s upgraded version of their website goes live later this month. Starting December 17, customers visiting www.iid.com, using any device; computer, mobile phone, tablet etc. will see a fresh, modern look and a clean and simple interface that makes it easier to get information right at their fingertips. New features will include calendar view, search service finder, quick access footer links, Government section, customer service section, updated contact us section, enhanced search tool and department directory. The updated website should be up and running December 17th.
