The Imperial County Fire Department responded to a fire on Desert Shores Drive in Desert Shores Tuesday morning.

Initial reports are that at least 3 homes have been lost and multiple families displaced. The Red Cross has responded to the scene to offer assistance. No injuries have been reported.
