(The County has a new official Holiday)….It was adopted this week.

The County Board of Supervisors approved a resolution declaring April 1 an official holiday in the county in observance of Cesar Chavez Day. On that day, all administrative, non-emergency County offices and agencies will be closed. All 24 hour hotlines will remain operational during office closures. For emergencies that require immediate assistance from law enforcement, fire or ambulance residents should call 911. More information on County government is available at the County website.
