Troops deployed to the U.S. / Mexico border in the Imperial Valley received a Thanksgiving Day meal courtesy of El Centro Regional Medical Center.
A traditional Thanksgiving meal of Roasted Turkey with Stuffing , Green Beans , Mashed Potatoes with Gravy , Green Salad and rolls was prepared by volunteers from the dietary team of the El Centro hospital. " Our Dietary team is a dedicated group of employees who volunteered during the holiday to ensure that deployed service members can enjoy a holiday meal on Thanksgiving ." said ECRMC dietary director Marc Walters.
