(Semi catches fire)...It happened at just before 6:30 Tuesday morning.

  The incident occurred on Eastbound Highway 78, east of the Highline canal.. The California Highway Patrol says the fire started on the trailer being pulled by the semi. They say the driver was able to unhook the trailer. The Eastbound lanes were blocked by the fire and the vehicle.. They were able to open one eastbound lane at around 8:30 in the morning. No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
