Desert Coast Region Soroptimist leaders have Imperial Valley ties.
The 2026 - 2028 Governor is Terri Welker with Governor-Elect Rosie Gaddis. Gaddis begin her journey in El Centro in 2017. She is joined on the 2026 - 2028 Desert Coast Region board by Talia Gore as Regional Treasurer and Jessie Villanueva, Immediate Past President of Soroptimist International El Centro, serving as District III Director. Desert Coast Region of Soroptimist International includes 36 clubs and more than 900 members across Southern California and Arizona.
