The suspect apparently got away, until Sheriff's Deputies located the suspect vehicle on Highway 111. The vehicle had been reported stolen Tuesday morning. Deputies arrested 19-year-old Steve Tomyo Martinez. He was booked into county jail charged with taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, receiving stolen property and evading a peace officer. His bail was set at $15,000.
