(Single vehicle collision)....It was reported at 3:42 Tuesday morning.

It happened on Interstate 8, just west of Ocotillo. The vehicle apparently went out of control and rolled. It was on its top when the California Highway Patrol arrived. The CHP says the driver appears to have been under the influence of alcohol. They say the driver suffered serious injuries. An ambulance was called to transport the driver to the hospital The incident remains under investigation.
