Mark your calendar so you don't forget The annual address will be held Thursday, November 5th at 6 pm. It will be held at the Imperial County Fairgrounds. County Board of Supervisors Chair woman Peggy Price, Supervisor for District 3, will deliver the address.. The State of the County Address normally covers what the county is working on, what they are planning on, and accomplishment of the past year.
