The National Weather Service (NWS) says temperatures will gradually climb to near normal through the upcoming week.

Imperial Valley and Yuma can expect to see temperatures topping out above 110 by mid-week. Overnight lows will run between the low to mid-80's. By Thursday there will be a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms.
