A San Luis, Arizona died in a traffic accident early Thursday afternoon.

82-year-old Rosa Acosta Limon was driving northbound on Highway 95 near W. County 22nd Street when a southbound SUV crossed over the center line and collided head on with her vehicle. The driver of the SUV was taken to Onvida Health with non-life-threatening injuries. Limon died at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
