The Board will go into closed session for a conference with Legal Counsel, to discuss existing and anticipated litigation. conferences will also be held with Real Property and Labor Negotiators. On the action agenda, the Board will discuss the CEQA process and implementation funding under the Workforce Innovation, and Opportunity Act will be discussed.
