There have already been two excessive heat warnings and summer is not even a week old Temperatures could be a little hotter this summer because of atmospheric conditions. Those who work out doors or have to be outside for any measurable amount of tim are warned to be very cautious. Out door workers should have plenty of water, take breals often in a shady area. For hose out and about, Stay hydrated and find a rest area in the shade when you beome tired. Cool Stations and Hydration stations are set-up around the county. Many are open now, all will be open by July 1st. Go to the Public Health Department for a list of Coll Stations and Hydration station. Know where they are at before you go out
