The sweeping lawsuit alleges, among other things, that the Imperial Irrigation District unlawfully denied their request for water service and discriminates against industrial water users The developer Imperial Valley Computer Manufacturing, L.L.C. filed the 173 page petition with he Imperial County Superior Court. They are seeking a writ of mandate and declaratory relief against the IID. The developer want to construct a data center on 75 acres at Aten Road and Clark Road. The developers original plan was was to use reclaimed wastewater from El Centro and Imperial. The City og Imperial later backed out of he deal.0000
